From 26 to 29 October 2011, the decommissioned Berlin Tempelhof Airport will become the new Mecca for all furniture professionals and design enthusiasts. For the first time, over the course of four days, the trade show Qubique will present the best selection of inspiring furniture design. The portfolio will be limited to high-profile and authentic international brands.
During the first event in October 2011, two to three auxiliary hangars and an overall area of around 35,000 sqm (gross) will be used in addition to the entrance concourses and the gate area. In the following years, the area will be expanded continuously until finally the whole airport, with a maximum area of 60,000 sqm (gross), will be utilized.
