Venus was developed by Cerruti Baleri research and development team in 2010, for the 20th anniversary of Caprichair, which was a real best seller designed by Hannes Wettstein in 1990.
By drastically modifying the internal filling they relaxed the precise lines and softened the rigorous form of the chair. Venus was developed to offer a cozy, deep and soft seat which favours a more relaxed position that - despite the contained size of the chair can even reach an almost horizontal slouch where the backrest supports the head.
Two cushions sit internally and separately over the metal structure. The rest of the padding is attached to the cover. All parts are indipendent, separable and recyclable.
You will be able to take a look at the chair at Maison & Objet in Paris in the end of January.
