Roger Ferris and Partners has designed The Bay House. The 4 600 square foot home is located on the Long Island shore, placed alongside the water. The five-bedroom house has an open kitchen with adjacent dining and living areas, a family room, and support spaces. Big glass windows welcome sunlight into the open interior, while screens a few feet beyond the glass provide shading.
