Nicholai Wiig Hansen has designed the lamp Hive for Normann Copenhagen. The design is based on industrial techniques. The lamp is collapsible, and made of steel. Various rings present a contrast to the cast shape.

- For me, it is the shape of Hive that is interesting. It has the archetypal shape of a lamp and looks like a beehive, but the extra little detail that it is collapsible, Nicholai Wiig Hansen says in a press release.
