The Lustre Light is a series of shades for pendant lamps designed by Tom Dixon. The shades are handmade in a factory run by a Dutch family for five generations. The handmade process results in that each lamp has its own lustre. The sheen is created by heating the shades to 1 200 degrees Celsius, using a glaze of minerals and metals.
