During 2011 Milano Design Weekend Cerruti Baleri presented three interpretations of convivial tables that address to three variations of the theme and suggest new unexpected, but absolutely realistic and functional solutions to sit together. The tables, especially designed for Milano Design Weekend or obtained by the transformation of products from the Cerruti Baleri catalogue, are combined with the seats of the collection, thus creating an open dialogue between one-off pieces and serial products. From the unfinished counter, that like a canvas bears the signs of the interaction with the public (stains, scratches, even graffiti), to the thin and long sizes that create a social context with an almost intimate closeness with the person across, these tables invite us to sit together with ease.
